Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully confident in your Waqar piece. If something is not right, here is how returns work in our boutique.

Our return policy

7 days from delivery

You may request a return within 7 days from the day your abaya is delivered to your door.

The piece must be undamaged

The abaya must be returned in its original condition: unworn (other than a brief try-on), unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on damaged, stained or altered pieces.

Return shipping is paid by the customer

If you wish to return a piece, you cover the cost of shipping it back to our boutique in Tripoli. Once we receive and inspect the abaya, we will refund the full amount you paid for it, in USD cash, through our courier.

How to start a return

    Send us a message on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, with your order details and the reason for the return.

  2. 2

    We will confirm the return address in Tripoli and the suggested courier.

  3. 3

    Pack the abaya in its original packaging and ship it to us at your expense.

  4. 4

    Once we receive and inspect the piece, we arrange the cash refund through our courier within 3 working days.

Damaged or wrong item

If your abaya arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In this case we cover the return shipping in full and send you a replacement or a complete refund.
